We just love when we get to be a part of woman's self-love journey. Miss K came to us after having lost some major weight, but still not seeing herself as the beautiful woman she is! It's common for women to still struggle to see themselves in a positive light, even after weight loss. I've had clients who battle the body dysmorphia for a few years. What made you decide to book a session? To help me work through body dysmorphia issues I had been dealing with.
What was originally holding you back from booking a session? Not knowing a good photographer. I did a "craigslist" one years ago with friends, and a craigslist photographer! 10/10, do not recommend that!
What were you most nervous about for your session? Nothing really, I was open to it all.
What were you most looking forward to prior to your session? Seeing myself as others see me!
How did you feel about yourself before your session? I was dealing with body dysmorphia after losing 63 pounds secondary to gastric bypass surgery. I still saw myself as overweight.
Describe your experience. AMAZING! Lisa was phenomenal to work with, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Tiara was so much fun to chat with during hair and make up, and did an awesome job! My daughter now wants a makeover from her!
