Miss E was the winner of our 2021 $5k Giveaway. Her story is so inspiring y'all! It's rare to find someone who has been through so much hurt and darkness; and yet her heart and soul remain so positive and full of light and love. She has devoted her life to taking care of others. But now, through the $5k Dream Boudoir Session Giveaway, we got to take care of her for a change. But I'm rambling...I'll let you read it in her words.

How old were you are your session 48
What made you decide to book a session? I’ve always wanted to do a boudoir session. The women always look sexy and glamorous. I wanted to see what I looked like and I was so happy when Lisa did the contest I thought I should enter. And I’m so glad I did.
What was originally holding you back from booking a session? I always had a reason why I couldn’t or would do it. I’d gained weight. I didn’t have time since I was my mother’s full time caregiver. I didn’t have anyone to share the photos with. You can always talk yourself out of anything if you give yourself enough time.
What were you most nervous about for your session? I was so nervous that I wouldn’t compare to the women I’d seen in the photographs. I thought that I would look even larger than I felt I was.
What were you most looking forward to prior to your session? I was most looking forward to being pampered and made to look beautiful.
How did you feel about yourself before your session? I was my worst enemy. I had already postponed my session twice because I was afraid I was too heavy and that I would look horrible.
Describe your experience. Remember how nervous you were on your first date? Remember how you felt when you were asked out? Remember how sweaty your palms were? Remember how excited you were? Now multiple those things by 200 and that’s how I felt. Lisa made me feel as if I was one of her best friends and we were catching up while she took pictures of me. I was so at ease. I can’t wait to do it again.
How did you feel about yourself after your session? I felt so sexy! I went to the mall and out to eat just to see if others thought I was as beautiful as I felt. After the compliments I got, I guess some people did. I realized that on that day I was walking a lot taller and straighter. Before I would try to shrink into the background. I have done that since that day.
Were you nervous before viewing your images? I was so nervous before viewing my images. I was afraid of what I would look like.
How did you feel about yourself after seeing your images? I fell in love with the person I saw in those images. I realized that the beautiful woman in the photos was with me daily, I just kept her hidden.
What were your favorite products? I absolutely loved the wings. I felt and looked like a forgotten angel. And every background was beautiful!
What would you tell anyone interested in, but maybe hesitant, booking a session of their own? Every single woman has a beautiful, sexy, vixen hidden inside waiting to get out. Once she gets out you will never lock up again. She will remind you that you are not a shrinking violet. You’re not someone to be pushed in the background. You are a force to be reckoned with. Just book a session and see.
How as working with Lisa and the makeup artists? Lisa and her makeup artist make you feel as if you’re old friends. You are put at ease while you get beautified.
Will you be doing another session?Definitely!
Anything else you'd like to add?I will forever be thankful for the way Lisa put me at ease. Every time I feel a little down, I look at my album. It is the best pick me up I could ever ask for.
