How old were you are your session?33
What made you decide to book a session? I had seen Lisa’s ad on Facebook and it really peaked my interest. I could see how all the women look like they were sexy, beautiful and confident. I wanted that for myself.
What was originally holding you back from booking a session? I’m not a small woman and suffer from self esteem and body dysmorphia issues. I didn’t think I would be able to do it.
What were you most nervous about for your session? I am a modest person so showing a lot of skin had me extremely nervous. I also don’t find myself sexy so trying to convey that in photos was challenging.
What were you most looking forward to prior to your session? I was looking forward to have my makeup done and my hair, lol. I also was excited about putting myself out there.
How did you feel about yourself before your session? Oh man, that’s a loaded question. I felt ugly and unworthy of an experience like this.
Describe your experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with the best vibe. It was thrilling and relaxing at the same time. Before we started shooting Lisa asked about my concerns and areas I’m not comfortable showing or accentuating. She was so awesome. Every chance she got she was cheering me on and by the time I was done I had the best high feeling. I didn’t want it to end!
How did you feel about yourself after your session? I was so pumped and ready to conquer the world. I felt as though I could do anything I wanted. I felt confident, sexy, and beautiful. I don’t ever recalling a time where I felt all three at the same time.
Were you nervous before viewing your images? I had a nervous excitement feeling. I really couldn’t wait to see what the turn out was. I brought my best friend for support, lol.
How did you feel about yourself after seeing your images? I was in shock! My bestie even said, “I keep telling you you’re beautiful! Now you can finally see it for yourself!” I fell in love with so many of the photos! It was so hard to choose what to get!
What were your favorite products? I think they all are my favorite, but the ice block is my favorite.
What would you tell anyone interested in, but maybe hesitant, booking a session of their own? I would give a soliloquy to tell them to take a chance and do something for yourself. Always ask questions and don’t be afraid to say you're not comfortable! Lisa will definitely make sure you have a blast.
How as working with Lisa and the makeup artists? I had a blast! The makeup/hair artist was great.
Will you be doing another session? Eventually I would love to do another session.
