Every year on or about December 20th, our studio receives countless calls from frantic ladies looking to surprise their special someones with a few sexy images. It literally breaks our hearts to have to break the news to them that they really should have had the session months before.
I get it. Life is crazy (especially in 2020). We all get caught up in the day to day and forget to plan certain things. But newsflash...Christmas happens on the same date every year! It's not Easter or Thanksgiving. So, consider this your Public Service Announcement. If you're one of those thinking of having a session to gift the photos to your spouse or significant other, make sure you plan it in plenty of time.
When you're considering scheduling a Professional Boudoir Portrait Session, one thing to keep in mind, is the turn around time for the studio you choose. This is the time it takes from your photoshoot to product delivery. You will also want to think about whether you will need a payment plan or not. Here at Lisa Gallant Photography, our turn around time is 6-8 weeks. This means the absolute latest you will want your Boudoir Portrait Session to take place, is Nov. 1st. This allows us time to edit your photos to perfection, design your amazingly beautiful album, as well as any wall art and a la carte items; and receive your order back from our lab where it is handmade in a small print shop which specializes in Boudoir and has an all female production staff. Each and every product we offer has been sourced to be the best available. We take our client's privacy very seriously and know that each of you place a lot of trust in us to deliver a beautiful product safely.
If a payment plan is important to you, we offer those both, before and after your session date. The perk of taking part in a pre-session payment plan is that not only does it speed up the process from session to delivery (since we don't have to wait for payments to clear), but you also are eligible to receive quite a few complimentary bonus options. Please keep in mind that no products are ordered until payment is received in full. So, if you opt for a payment plan after your session, this will delay the date you will receive the products. Please take note of this and schedule your boudoir photoshoot with plenty of time.
